Archway Workshop – Maidstone

Following on from the successful Archway Seminars, these workshops will provide guidance on using the Archway resources.
The first workshops will cover the SHAPE theme and aims to help Shape and plan the future of your Chapter.
The session will last for around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Refreshments will be provided.
At the end of the session you will be able to:
Use a review tool to understand your Chapter and its challenges
Create a structure for proper oversight of your Chapter’s health
Develop a succession and progression plan
Identify members with the relevant skills to help with your plan
The workshop offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and share your successes with members of other chapters.

When you register for a workshop we will send you a short online questionnaire to understand how Archway is working for you in your Chapter and what you are hoping to gain from the workshop.
